Reference electrode used for the reference potential measurement of the electrodes in electrochemical research.


Calomel Standard reference electrode (saturated KCl)


SCE (Saturated Calomel Electrode) has been used as reference electrode instead of SHE (Standard Hydrogen Electrode) for the reference potential measurement of electrodes in electrochemical research.

Reference electrode free from chloride ion (saturated K2SO4)


The RE-2CP Reference electrode is recommended, if you dislike a contamination with chloride ion from chloride type reference electrode.

Reference electrode for alkaline solution


The RE-61AP reference electrode is made of Hg/HgO instead of calomel paste, and 1 M sodium hydroxide is used as an electrolyte solution. It is used under high pH environment as reference electrode.
Also, potassium hydroxide solution can be used as a internal solution, instead of sodium hydroxide solution.

RE-61AP is the new model of RE-6AP.
The resistance to alkaline solution has been improved.

This product is delivered with deionized water filled in, to be filled with 1 M NaOH aqueous solutions by the user.
Please pay attention to handling.
